GENERAL POLICIES - DISTRIBUTORS (0127.2007) Distributor Qualifications & Terms: To achieve Distributor terms, distributor must place an opening order minimum totaling $1000.00 net of DECAL GRIPīs. This program is only available to legitimate distributor in good standing with satisfactory credit rating. To maintain Distributor status. Net 30 days terms available on approved credit* *Open Account Aplication must be filled out signed and returned to DECAL GRIP for approval. Please send application by mail and fax. Delivery We normally keep all models in stock. Product is usually shipped within one week. Orders may be shipped 80% complete unless specified otherwise. The balance will be shipped when complete and shortage notified to distributor immediately. Shipping and Insurance There is a minimum order of $300. Freight is prepaid and insured on orders minimum of $700.00 (only USA & Canada). All prices are F.O.B. Mexico City, Mexico. For orders under minimum please add a $1.00 fee per grip to cover for freight and insurance. Your maximum freight charge is $55. (USA and Canada only). Guarantee and Returns Our products are limited to the prompt replacement due to manufacturing defects, and within 30 days of your customers purchase. All merchandise may be returned for exchange or credit if before approved by manufacturer in writing, and received no latter than 30 days from original shipment date, and are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Returned merchandise must be in its original and unaltered condition, including packaging. Returned shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returned merchandise. Please indicate in writting the reason for the return or exchange. Invoice Orders will be billed at prices and terms in effect at the date of order. We are not liable for typographical errors. You will be billed FOB Mexico, unless otherwise stated. No duty applies to our products because they are manufactured with USA components and exported from Mexico to USA as specified under NAFTA.
