GUARANTEE AND RETURNS


Our products are limited to the prompt replacement due to manufacturing defects, and within 30 days of your customers purchase.

All merchandise may be returned for exchange or credit if before approved by manufacturer in writing, and received no latter than 30 days from original shipment date, and are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Returned merchandise must be in its original and unaltered condition, including packaging. Returned shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returned merchandise. Please indicate in writting the reason for the return or exchange.

Replacement due to manufacturing defects should be accompanied by a RMA (Return Material Authorization number). Please solicit this number by fax or email to DECAL GRIP Customer Support.
